Tips for Living healthfully

  • If something comes in a package, it is almost certainly less healthy than fresh food.
  • Fat is not bad! You need to eat plenty of healthy fats so that you can feel full and be healthy, however, avoid trans fats like the plague.
  • The more vegetables you eat, the better, you really can not eat to much vegetables.
  • Meat and dairy are okay, but try not to eat to much of these kinds of foods.
  • When you do eat meat, try to eat chicken, turkey, fish, or natural meat, such as
  • venison.
  • Eggs and beans are good sources of protein.
  • Vary your diet, eating many different foods makes eating more interesting.
  • Try not to eat while doing anything else, because doing this causes you to eat more.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Exercise as much as you can, preferably every day.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
  • Don’t stare at a screen all day.
