Eat less Bread!

There are multiple reasons why bread, even gluten free bread, is bad for you. One reason is that when your body absorbs it, it turns into sugar, which is bad for you. One of the main reasons why bread with gluten in it is bad for you is that the gluten particles are small enough to get directly into you bloodstream and wreak havoc there. In other words, eat less bread, even if it is gluten free.
